What are the major difference between Mozart’s work and Brahms’ work?

I noticed that Mozart’s Quartet for Piano and Strings in E-flat Major, K 493 and Brahms’s Quartet for Piano and Strings in c-minor, Opus 60 both used only piano, violin, viola and cello to preformed the piece.
What is the difference between those two pieces? Besides one is in major the other one is in minor.
How was the Mozart quartet consider "classical"?
and what style was the Brahms?

A period of approximately ninety years separates the two works.

Mozart’s appearing in 1786 at the height of the Viennese Classical period and after a long gestation period, the Brahms was published in it’s revised form in 1875.
In style and feeling it would belong in the Romantic period although Brahms never strayed too far from the Classical ideal.

There are two different styles – even though all romantic ( so called) era grew on solid classical foundations the expression changed. I think you can tell by the sound of it even if you don’t have any theoretical knowledge.
