You’ll probably have to be more specific regarding the city you are interested in, as there are lots of regional companies that deal with certain countries. For instance there are a handful that are London based for concerts in the London area.

Having said that, have a look at http://www.classictic.com/ for an overview and a selection of cities which they sell tickets for. Hope that helps :)
